PowerPoint is part of the Microsoft Office suite, which offers many collaboration features. PowerPoint collaboration can be done using the desktop app on your computer. Save your PPT files on Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud storage service. Then, click the Share menu in PowerPoint’s top right corner. Here, you can add other users to your files and control their access. You can allow others to make edits, or simply to view the presentation.

By clicking Share, you can email a link to your presentation. Other authorized users can work with your slides in their own PowerPoint app. Or they can make simple edits with PowerPoint Online, part of Microsoft’s Office Online. This is easy to use and doesn’t require installing PowerPoint. It’s also free for basic tasks.

As you can see, it’s easy to collaborate in PowerPoint. By saving presentations in OneDrive, you can share them with others. With this access, they can make edits that update in real time. You can work with a global team in real time.
